In Store Digital Transformation

In  2015, we partnered with Little Caesars Turkey to launch a full-scale digital transformation project across their branch network. At a time when the industry was just beginning to explore the potential of digital in-store solutions, we developed and implemented a custom digital signage system that redefined the customer experience inside each location.

Our role encompassed the complete design and rollout of branch-level digital menu boards and dynamic campaign displays, integrating content management systems with real-time promotional updates. This not only modernized the visual language of the brand, but also improved operational efficiency and sales conversion by enabling flexible, targeted messaging per branch and time slot.

With carefully curated visuals, motion graphics, and an adaptive content strategy, we helped Little Caesars transition from static visuals to a fully digital in-store environment — creating a consistent, modern, and engaging brand experience for customers.
