An Awarded Best Practice in Retail Experience Design

To support the launch of Lancôme’s Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation line, we developed a shade-matching sampling device designed exclusively for Sephora stores. This custom-built unit intelligently offered personalized samples, segmented by skin tone, helping customers easily discover their ideal shade.

We provided end-to-end service—from concept design to engineering and production—creating a seamless brand experience that combined beauty tech innovation with elegant product storytelling. The project was recognized as a best practice in retail experience design for its unique fusion of functionality, and customer engagement.
